Fun, Fitness….Flexibility and Friends!

This is at the heart of ladies golf coaching at MY Golf Academy.

Busy women find it challenging to make time for golf. That’s why our ‘Ladies 1st’ initiative has been designed by MY Golf Academy senior coach, Helen Omidiran with a unique structure of group lessons.

You don’t have to be a member of a golf club to join in and you don’t have to own a set of golf clubs to get started!

This flexible approach to learning has proven to be a huge success. So much so that MY Golf Academy has become the place for ladies golf lessons across Surrey and Sussex. Whether you’re an absolute beginner, or have been playing golf for many years, Ladies 1st is the programme that will help you learn, improve and play golf in a vibrant and fun setting.

Find out when our Ladies 1st group run by visiting our events page or complete our contact form.

Ladies Roll Up – no booking beforehand, just turn up and enjoy!

Our roll up is an ideal way for ladies to try golf for the first time or to improve on their current skills without committing to regular attendance. Operating on a weekly basis these classes are affordable, fun and there’s always time afterwards for a coffee and chat.

To find out when the next roll up class runs in your area please call 0333 577 2464 or complete our contact form.

A personal message from Helen

If you like to mix fitness with fun and friendship then you will find that our ladies golf classes will be the perfect match for you!

Our classes offer the flexibility to pick and choose the sessions you want to attend which is great news for us busy ladies!

With a new topic to every class, you will receive just the right amount of information without feeling overwhelmed; it is this blend that will deliver steady and sustained progress to your game.

With sessions normally ending with a coffee, and even a slice of home-made cake, friendships both new and old are forged.

I look forward to seeing you at one of our ladies classes soon!

Helen Omidiran, Ladies Coach
